La semana pasada una imagen daba la vuelta al mundo sobrecogiéndolo. Era una instantánea que mostraba a una mujer joven, postrada en el suelo, a las puertas de un hospital de Haití, agonizando de Cólera.La gente evitaba pasar por su lado, seguramente por miedo a la infección.
Una imagen realmente dura, que nos recuerda que el dolor en Haití, y la necesidad de ayuda siguen latentes. Creemos que al hacer algún donativo, y difundir de un modo u otro las noticias de ayuda, ya con eso solucionamos el problema. Pero el problema era mucho mas denso y todavía queda mucho hacer. Si la imagen que publico debajo de estas líneas no te resulta indiferente, recuerda que desde casa, tu también puedes hacer algo por paliar su dolor. Para atender a los afectados por esta epidemia de cólera en el empobrecido país caribeño, que ya ha causado más de 1400 muertos.

ResponderEliminarLast week was an image around the world in awe. It was a snapshot that showed a young woman, prostrate on the floor, the doors of a hospital in Haiti, dying of cholera.
People avoided going through his side, probably for fear of infection.
A picture really hard, reminding us that the pain in Haiti and the need for help are still latent. We believe that by making a donation, and spread in one way or another the news of help, and with that we solve the problem. But the problem was much more dense and there is still much to do. If the public image below these lines do not indifferent, remember that at home, you can also do something to alleviate their pain. To meet those affected by this cholera epidemic in the impoverished Caribbean country, which has already caused over 1400 deaths.
